Part 2: Worthy. Romans 8:16 TPT. For the Holy Spirit makes God’s fatherhood real to us as he whispers into our innermost being, “You are God’s beloved child!” Who hasn’t dealt with feelings of inadequacy, not-enough-ness, or difficulty seeing you as God sees you? We will borrow from the book Worthy by Jamie Kern Lima as well as some of my own experiences with the Lord over the past few years.
Part 1: Wise. How often do you pay attention to your thoughts? Did you know you don’t have to believe everything you think? In this session we will take a deeper dive into mental fitness and the daily rhythms that can rebuild the negative neural pathways that have become default for so many of us. Imagine operating more of the time out of positive emotions versus negative emotions.
In our final session, we’ll dive into optimizing your Big Three: Energy, Work, and Love. You’ll create a personalized Heroic Protocol to guide your daily actions and learn how to activate your Superpower with Soul Force.
