Thanks for this session! I really love learning more on exploring personal growth in leadership roles. Appreciate the action steps you offered for these attributes. I see growth opportunities in all these areas for myself. Most noticeably in confidence (trusting self/faith) and courage (stepping out of comfort zone/facing fears). Thanks your explanation of the over compassionate towards others than self too…that’s something I have to explore with curiosity.
