The final session brings everything together with practical tools for navigating conflict in a healthy and productive way. You will learn simple frameworks for asking better questions, identifying shared goals, and creating psychological safety in conversations. These tools help shift conversations from blame and defensiveness to clarity and collaboration. By applying these strategies, you will be better equipped to resolve conflict, strengthen relationships, and lead conversations that move people forward.
Conflict often arises not because people intend harm, but because they are seeing the situation through different lenses. This session introduces the neuroscience behind conflict and communication, along with insights from Judith Glaser’s Conversational Intelligence. You will learn how the brain reacts under stress and how conversations can either trigger defensiveness or build trust. You will discover how curiosity, listening, and intentional questions can transform difficult conversations into opportunities for understanding and growth.
Two people can look at the same situation and see completely different things. This session explores how the experiences, values, and fears of others shape the way they interpret the world. You will learn practical ways to move from judgment to curiosity, developing empathy and deeper relational awareness. By learning to recognize the lenses of others, you will strengthen connection, reduce misunderstandings, and build more trust in relationships.
Every person interprets the world through lenses shaped by life experiences, culture, faith, relationships, and past challenges. In this session, you will explore the hidden filters that influence how they interpret situations, make decisions, and respond to others. Through reflective exercises and guided discussion, you will gain deeper self-awareness about the experiences that shape your perspective. Understanding your own lenses is the first step toward greater emotional intelligence and healthier communication.
