This series delves into cognitive behavioral tools and somatic practices, which are techniques that use the body to release and help heal emotional and psychological issues, which will in turn help us grow. These practices recognize the interconnectedness of mind and body, using prayer, physical movement and awareness to release stored emotions and stress.
Our first session will focus on anger—a powerful emotion that often becomes trapped in our bodies, leading to stress and pain. In this session, you will learn to identify the root causes of your anger and discover reflective and effective strategies for processing and releasing it, promoting a healthier and more balanced life.
