Inner Critic vs Inner Voice
In this training, we explore the contrast between our inner critic and inner voice. Our inner voice can be either an enthusiastic cheerleader or a severe critic. It’s crucial to identify which one dominates our self-talk. The inner critic often stems from past experiences and societal pressures, but embracing and nurturing our inner voice can lead to self-acceptance and personal growth. As we grow personally, our businesses and relationships flourish. In this session, we’ll uncover the inner critic’s origins and learn how to diminish its negativity while amplifying our nurturing voice.
