All of us have negative thoughts. So, what is the difference between negative thoughts and cognitive distortions? Negative thoughts are ideas that go through our minds but we easily identify them as not true (or who we don’t want to be) and quickly course correct.
Cognitive distortions, on the other hand, are thought patterns that create faulty, inaccurate thinking, perceptions, and beliefs. Join Kathrine as she helps identify the top 7 cognitive distortions, how to interrupt them, and begin to think more clearly and positively.
