Part 4 – Launching to Those You Love
We will prepare you to share your talk with a safe audience—friends, family, or a small group—so you can step into your voice with courage and real-world impact.
We will prepare you to share your talk with a safe audience—friends, family, or a small group—so you can step into your voice with courage and real-world impact.
You’ll practice key parts of your talk in a supportive environment, focusing on delivery, confidence, and connection. This is where your message becomes embodied—not just memorized.
You’ll begin shaping your talk by testing your opening, key points, and closing. Learn how to simplify your message, remove what’s unnecessary, and strengthen what matters most.
You’ll clarify your topic, identify your one core takeaway, and build a simple structure using my “clear, simple, memorable” framework. This is where your message becomes a focused message.
The final session brings everything together with practical tools for navigating conflict in a healthy and productive way. You will learn simple frameworks for asking better questions, identifying shared goals, and creating psychological safety in conversations. These tools help shift conversations from blame and defensiveness to clarity and collaboration. By applying these strategies, you will be better equipped to resolve conflict, strengthen relationships, and lead conversations that move people forward.
